Frank brings years of experience in guiding companies toward value enhancement and financial management.
As CEO of Exit Decisions, Frank serves business owners and their need to understand and address the various factors regarding the future ownership path of their business. The focus is on building value and de-risking the business and the owner. Frank also co-founded Brandywine Mergers & Acquisitions, providing sell side representation to privately held companies. Over the years Michel’s practice and interest has become focused on business owner’s needs prior to entering the M&A market. The culmination is the creation of Exit Decisions, a stand alone practice designed to help owner’s understand the “if, how, and when” of selling their businesses.
Michel holds the designation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) from the Exit Planning Institute and is a board memeber of the Exit Planning Exchange (Philadelphia Chapter).
Previously, Michel has owned and operated a reseller of software serving mid-sized companies and government agencies and owned a Real Estate Development Firm. Michel is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, XPX Philadelphia (board member), and the AM&AA.
Michel regularly conducts presentations and continuing education for professional advisers who serve privately held companies. Michel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He lives with his wife Barbara and three children in Malvern, PA.
