Jose Palomino is President of g2m Group, Inc, and author of Value Prop: Create Powerful I3 Value Propositions to Enter and Win New Markets. As founder and President of g2m Group, Inc., he helps businesses take their ideas, products and services to market faster and more effectively.
With over twenty years’ leadership experience in the technology and service sectors, Mr. Palomino is a proven strategist, dealmaker and presenter. He has held management, technology, sales and marketing positions at Yankee Group, Market Systems International, Tandem Computers and the Clearpoint Group—working with industry leaders including IBM, Accenture, Unisys, SAP, General Motors, Chase and Citicorp. Mr. Palomino also serves as CMO for IGCN, Inc., a leader in healthcare web solutions. Mr. Palomino holds an MBA from Villanova University, serves on the board of The Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia and is a Vistage International Speaker. Value Prop is Mr. Palomino’s first book.
David Rucquoi, Workshop and Training Facilitator – Former District Sales Manager Global Conferencing Sales, MCI (managed $30M in Financial Services Sales). David brings insights and expertise to the challenges of developing effective messaging strategies for direct sales teams. David holds an MBA in Marketing from Pace University.
Harold Rich, Executive Strategy Development – Well known and respected in the Financial community. A visionary with exceptional operational expertise. Served as CEO, FutureSource; Strategist and Designer and builder of first Equities Electronic Communications Network with Instinet and then Bloomberg – which enabled the worldwide equity marhets to realize unprecedented growth – these products are both in the $1/2 Billion per year revenue range.
Richard Bailey, Market Entry Development – Offers several key visibility services and online/offline Public Relations focused on improving unique web visitor traffic and customer conversions with Internet Enabled Guerrilla Marketing Consulting Services and Tactics. Clients include: American Arbitration Assoc., National Geographic, LidoChem Inc., Holmes & Kennedy and others.

Kimberly Coleman, Stranger Studios – Kim has been bringing her fresh designs to the internet for over 7 years. She graduated from Villanova University’s School of Business with a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship. After a brief period as Creative Director at a Philadelphia-area public relations agency, she began full-time work with her company, Stranger Studios (www.strangerstudios.com). She focuses her designs on usability and timelessness, and is a master at accommodating both the client’s needs and the user’s expectations.
Nathan Egan, Freesource Agency, a sales training company that teaches executives to use Social Media & Web 2.0 technology to help win new business. Prior to founding Freesource, Nathan was a manager at LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional networking site. Nathan holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Amanda Puppo, MarketReach, Inc. – Specializing in Market Research, Database Cleanup, Lead Generation and telesales Training Workshops. Recently awarded the prestigious NJ SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Lisa Fournier, Program Director – With over seventeen years of start-up and strategic business-building experience, Ms. Fournier is an executive-level project manager with proven operations and implementation skills in multiple industries and has driven many strategic planning and process workflow development initiatives. Ms. Fournier holds a Masters Degree in Project Management and a BS in Marketing from Western Carolina University.
Lizzie Hetzer , Project Manager – Lizzie has worked in communications roles for Morgan Stanley, The New York Public Library, and a number of freelance engagements. She is currently a Catherine B. Reynolds Fellow in Social Entrepreneurship obtaining her master’s degree at New York University. Lizzie graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Villanova School of Business.

Douglas Craig, Consultant – Over 15 years advertising and marketing experience focusing on media planning, buying and strategy.
