»  As a co-founder of Value Prop Interactive’s parent company (Concept Connect Ventures, LLC), Frank brings years of experience in guiding companies toward value enhancement and financial management.

Frank is a founding partner of Brandywine Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and serves on the board of XPX Philadelphia. In these roles Frank works with privately held companies to maximize and realize the value of their companies. Brandywine M&A was founded to provide expertise to owners of small to mid-sized, private companies to help them exit their business. As an entrepreneur, Frank enjoys working with companies of any age to grow their real worth. From that, Frank started Definitive Capital Group, LLC which serves as a conduit to identify, consult, and invest in very specific and unique growth opportunities.

Prior to forming Brandywine Mergers & Acquisitions, Frank owned and operated a reseller of Human Resources Software and a Real Estate Development firm. Frank has a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, and the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX Philadelphia). Frank lives in Malvern, PA with wife and three children.
