Return Policy
- Physical Items: You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Electronically delivered items, such as software tools, are refundable. We guarantee satisfaction or your money back—provided you indicate within 5 business days of downloading. If you have questions about any such item, please discuss with us before making your online purchase.
- Online Events: We guarantee satisfaction or your money back – provided you indicate within 5 business days of the event. For event series (more than one event comprising a series), requests for refunds must be within 5 business days of the FIRST event in the series.
- Public Workbenches (in-person, live training experience): We guarantee satisfaction or your money back—provided you indicate within the first half of the first session you attend (typically at the lunch break) that you no longer want to be part of that Workbench Experience.
- Items from Linked Sites: If you link over to another site, (i.e. Amazon.com), please refer to their policies, as we have no control or responsibility for these transactions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks for physical returns (from the date of giving your package to the return shipper); for non-physical returns, please allow 10 business days to process. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
