About This Episode & Cassandra Bailey
If someone were to ask you how important it is to get your prospects' attention, what would you say? Now look at your company's current approach to generating that attention; does it match how important that resource is?
Today we are going to talk about something that many of us struggle to figure out where it fits into our priorities, how to get your head around it and how to use it in the field. And that is PR and social media; that part of communication that can seem a little fuzzy, but you know using it can be successful.
Our guest today is Cass Bailey, CEO of Slice Communications and a real leader in this area. Cass will share with us some insights that you can take right from this podcast and immediately start applying to your business as you look to grow your business, markets and connect with your customers.
Cass brings a wide variety of experiences to the communications strategies she develops for the firm’s clients. With a background in international politics, economics, and philosophy, communications has become her passion and she has been tapped by various industry associations and the media to share her insights and experiences in the field.
She is also the founder of the nonprofit organization, Social Media Day PHL, which hosts an annual conference and provides programming for digital communications professionals on the East Coast. In her spare time, Cass writes a series of children’s books, including “My Mom is a CEO,” “My Mom is a Lawyer,” and “My Mom is a Doctor.”
