About This Episode & Darrin Mitchell

Today is a big day on the show... Episode 100! We couldn't be more excited to have Darrin Mitchell on our centennial episode to discuss the power of partnerships.

As a veteran business owner, his growth has multiplied through strong partnerships. And those didn't happen on accident. Today, Darrin shares how you can accelerate your growth by cultivating intentional, powerful partnerships.

Darrin is president and founder of Mitchell Industries and, as importantly, he is founder of something you’re going to be hearing more about in the coming months, which is Manufacturing Masters, or as he likes to put it: “Netflix for Manufacturers”.

Darrin will share about his journey and how he leveraged partnerships and innovation to grow a significant manufacturing presence out of Prince Edward Island, Canada despite geographic limitations and other challenges.

Over the last 20 years, Darrin grew a very successful manufacturing business. He developed a worldwide marketing system with partners on six continents, patented intellectual property, a global supply chain and generated profits exceeding the industry average.

Most impressive, he did it from a small remote Island in Canada. Not adjacent to the customers or supply chain- Darrin used social media, innovation and resourcefulness to create a new model for business.

After listening to today’s episode, check out Manufacturing Masters, where you can receive advice, training and content developed just for manufacturers!
