Matt Coyne is the President of Brandywine Mergers & Acquisitions. Matt is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Financial Management Program at General Electric. His corporate experience includes financial management positions at GE Medical Systems, GE Appliances, Fisher Scientific, and Precision Castparts.

He was GM of the AETC Precision Casting Facility in Leeds, England. This $55M division of Precision Castparts manufactured complex super-alloy castings for aerospace and industrial power generation markets worldwide. Matt’s unique background and experience are particularly well suited to manufacturing, distribution, and professional service companies seeking a strategic or financial buyer.

He is a frequent speaker on M&A topics pertaining to privately held business transactions and has facilitated over 120 privately held business transactions since leaving the corporate world.

Matt is the author of Straight Talk from the Front Lines: Dispelling the myths and providing clear guidance about selling your business.
